Conventional dietary theories present you with food restrictions that are difficult to sustain over time. Such quick fixes do nothing to help you achieve life-long health and happiness, nor do they bring out the body's natural inclination towards balance.
Unique to you, natural and comfortable for your body, we will gradually introduce healthful foods, activities and concepts into your life based on your bio-individuality and lifestyle. They will remain with you, increasing your energy and health. These new and beneficial learned behavior patterns will crowd out less healthy habits.
